View Working of the tool step by step

STEP 1

Run the software.

STEP 2:

Click on Add File.

STEP 3:

Software provides two options to add file 1 - Select File, 2 - Search File Select File - Click on Select File radio button, then browse OST file.

STEP 4:

Select OST file & click on open button.

STEP 5:

Now software added the file.

STEP 6:

Search File - Click on Search File radio file. The tool provides two options Search Selected Drive, Search All Drive, you can select any one option

STEP 7:

Tool also provides options to remove emails encryption, you can use this option to remove encryption from OST emails.

STEP 8:

There are two scanning modes also available, 1 - Quick Scanning, 2 - Advance Scanning, select option to perform recovery.

STEP 9:

Now software starts scanning.

STEP 10:

You can also save scanned OST file.

STEP 11:

Software display recovered emails in red color in the preview panel.

STEP 12:

There are multiple preview options available in the software.

STEP 13:

You can preview entire items (emails, contacts, calendars, etc.) of OST file.

STEP 14:

Now click on the Export button to save data in the local machine.

Follow The Steps to Export File into PST Format

STEP 1:

Click on PST to export file into PST format. Then click on Advanced Setting.

STEP 2:

Now, Software provides multiple Options 1: PST Split to divide large Output PST file, 2: Date & Time Filter to export specific data. 3: Categories: with the help of this option you can select file items to export. Then click on Save button.

STEP 3:

After applying the settings, a message box appears on the screen. Click on OK button.

STEP 4:

Now, click on Browse button.

STEP 5:

And select the destination location to save file after conversion.

STEP 6:

Click on Export button.

STEP 7:

Now, the Export process will start.
